An intimate cottage overlooking the valley
Casa Egeria has a long wooden corridor and a private terrace sheltered by a majestic walnut tree.
This house offers a panoramic view of the mountains from its large double room with access to the traditional corridor.
The name Egeria pays tribute to a 4th century traveler born in this region at the time of the Roman Empire.
Casa Egeria was completely rehabilitated in 2023-2024. In our blog we tell you how this process went step by step. It is a cozy home for a maximum capacity of four guests.

Upstairs, the double room with bathroom gives access to a large traditional corridor overlooking the valley of Silencio and the peak of the Aquilian mountains.
For the colder months it has underfloor heating that distributes optimal heat to all rooms.
